The wraps are lightly soiled & foxed & somewhat darkened & there are a number of creases to the front wrap. 16 pages, including a pictorial double-page map & 14 pages of photographic views in black & white, with an introduction on the inside front wrap & a poem by Clarence C. Smith on the inside rear wrap. There is occasional light foxing. Very good.
