Softcover. Zustand: Good. W. Simpson (illustrator). 1855. An original 1855 colour lithograph, drawn by W. Simpson, printed by R.M. Bryson for Colnaghi. Some faint spots of foxing towards the top of the image, and a notable vertical tear towards the left-hand quarter which has been repaired across the rear to prevent future wear, unobtrusive to the front of the page. A few small nicks and tears around the edges have been repaired and reinforced with conservation tape for a good overall finish. Print and colours remain clear and bold across the entire image surface, no other major signs of wear or discolouration, and thus still fairly well-presented.
