Here, the book analyses the impact that urban transformation in a smart sense can have on constitutional rights, concerning, for example, social inclusion policies. It also discusses the topic of smart work, suggesting some innovative directions for the future. Further it suggests new ways to regulate the use and sharing of data and in general of technologies in smart cities to improve public services. The second part of the book deals with smart cities governance.
