Partikularer niederländischer Rechtskreis im Rahmen des Ius Commune! - Aus der mittelalterlichen Tradition der…Differentienliteratur, also der Unterscheidung und Trennungsmöglichkeit von römischem und kanonischem Recht, entstand der Literaturtypus der "Collatio" bzw. "Censura". Gemeint ist die zeiträumliche Untersuchung der Geltung des rezipierten Jus Romanum. Im Rahmen des Jus Commune begründeten derartige Werke die partikularen Rechtskreise. Im Grunde suchten sie das beginnende "nationale Recht", so wie hier das berühmte Werk von Simon van Leeuwen (1626-1682) im Rahmen des holländisch-belgischen Rechtskreises. Nach dem Erstdruck erlebte das Werk vier Auflagen in Leiden und weitere drei Editionen in Amsterdam.
