Indeed it mirrors the genesis of our personality and traditions as a people which, to a large measure, have molded the contours of our national philosophy and given a particular characgter to our aspirations. It is my hope that all who read this catalog will find some indication of our rich adn glorious history of which all Liberians are justifiably proud." - from The Executive Mansion Office of the President, Monrovia, LIberia, W.
