Henry film version: JANE NOVAK (1896-90), prolific actress and sister of actress Eva Novak, portrays Ann Hardy in the 1921 film drama "Roads of Destiny," the twelfth tale in this collection. Tipped to the blank leaf facing the title page is a unique frontispiece, a heavy stock 5" X 3" card signed boldly by Novak in black fineline and dated by her 13 December 1988 at upper right. Fine. Laid in is the ideal bookmark: Novak's original transmittal envelope.
