Folio, publisher's black cloth, with color illustrations and photographs throughout. Boldly signed and inscribed by the astronauts to Thomas or Mark Babinski, most signing twice, chiefly across the first and second half-title pages with others scattered throughout, the inscriptions dated 1994 and 1995. The signers are: Alan Bean (Apollo XII); Frank Borman (Gemini VII, Apollo 8); Charles Duke (Apollo 16); James Lovell (Gemini 7 and 12, Apollo 8 and 13); James McDivitt (Gemini IV, Apollo 9); Edgar Mitchell (Apollo 14); Wally Schirra (Mercury 8, Gemini 6, Apollo 7); Gordon Cooper (Mercury 9, Gemini 5); Walter Cunningham (Apollo 7); John Glenn (Friendship 7); Alan Shepard (Freedom 7, Apollo 14); and Alfred Worden (Apollo 15).
