Zudem wird das Konzept einer selbstoptimierenden Bondmaschine vorgestellt, welche Prozessparameter in Abhängigkeit von Störgrößen wie Verschleiß anpasst.Das Ultraschallbonden mit Aluminiumdraht ist ein etabliertes Fertigungsverfahren zur Kontaktierung von Leistungshalbleitern.
