A Souvenir Serge De Diaghileff's Ballet Russe with originals by Leon Bakst and others, Metropolitan Ballet Company, Inc. New York. This was created for the 1916-1917 season, the first in America. Cover of this version is the less common illustration of dancer Vaslav Nijinsky wearing a costume for Scheherazade. ~~40 pp. with corresponding program from the performance at the Lyric Theatre in Baltimore on November 17-18. Binding damaged at top half above string with wet spot on front, and corners are worn. Pen inscription on front endpaper, all other pages of both pamphlets very good.
