Vorsätze und Rundum-Schnitt. - Albert Eberhard Friedrich Schäffle (1831 in Nürtingen - 1903 in Stuttgart) war deutscher Volkswirtschaftler, Soziologe und Publizist. 1862 bis 1865 gehörte er dem württembergischen Landtag an, 1868 wurde er ins deutsche Zollparlament gewählt. In den Jahren 1881/82 wirkte Schäffle maßgeblich an Bismarcks Sozialgesetzgebung mit, insbesondere bei der Schaffung einer Arbeiterversicherung. Einband bstoßen.
