Internally all present, but the pink colouring has run, causing offsetting to adjoining leaves and with surface abrasion of about 2" square to page three. Colour illustrations of the saloon, limousine, landalette, sports and alternative coachwork designs with prices given (£995 being the most expensive). Sixteen pages.…

Text includes notes on booking inspections, how to find the property, and a description of the house. "Situation.
