Zustand: Good. 1934. 1934 Reprint. 211 pages. No dust jacket. Beige cloth. Inscription to front endpaper. Pages are moderately tanned and thumbed at the edges, with moderate foxing. Binding has remained firm. Boards are a little rub worn with slight shelf wear to corners, spine and edges. Corners are a little bumped. Spine ends are a mildly crushed, with small splits and chips. Tanning to spine and edges. Boards are bowed. Book has a forward lean. Water marks to boards and spine.

Half burgundy cloth with paper spine label and papercovered boards. 16mo. measuring approximately 4 1/2" x 6 3/4". 251pp. Pen and pencil notations and underlining on endpapers and a few pages, gutter cracked, small stains on boards, extremities worn and nicked, a good only copy.

First Edition. Very good copy in the original gilt-blocked cloth. Spine bands and panel edges somewhat dulled and rubbed as with age. Remains quite well-preserved overall.
