It follows the general lines of the Roll of Honour, 1914-1918, in being a simple record of facts. It contains 1,243 names, and the number who fell is 131. As far as possible the following information is given: the date of leaving School; scholastic and athletic distinctions gained at School; and a record of naval, military, air or merchant navy service. The book is bound in the original dark blue or black cloth covered boards with gold titling on the spine and a gold stamped crest of the School on the front board. The case of the book is in very good condition with some shelf wear on the boards and bumping to the bottom of the spine. There is a small hole to the right hand edge of the spine about half way down. There is some light to moderate foxing to the edges, the endpapers and first few pages. There is no inscription.
