From the estate of Philip D'Antoni, a major figure in 1970s New Hollywood Cinema, as the producer of "Bullitt" (1968), "The French Connection" (1972), and "The Seven-Ups" (1973). A comedy about a misfit police squad in New York who are assigned to patrol Central Park but are not given guns. Initially intended to be a television series. Shot on location in New York City.
