Book itself is in very good condition. No date on the title page. Copyright page dated 1984. Stated First Edition. 182 pages. This copy has a clipped inscription affixed to the front endpaper, "For Winnie & David with best regards, Rose and Milton." The clipped paper with the inscription is 4 x 2 inches. The inscription is to David Meiselman and his wife. Meiselman was an influential economist and collaborator with Milton Friedman. A nice association copy.
