The title page is signed by the author, leading us to reasonably assume this is either his own copy or a handsome presentation. Illustrated throughout with black & white plates by Roscoe Gibbs as well as 2 extra plates bound in and two further plates pasted front and back. Crease to front endpaper. 8vo.
