Roman Pfeffer è un artista austriaco nato nel 1972. Ha studiato pittura all'Accademia di Belle Arti con Gunter Damisch a Vienna e al Kent Institute of Art and Design di Canterbury dal 1996 al 2001. È membro del team di gestione della classe TransArts dell'Università di Arti Applicate di Vienna. Nel suo percorso di Arte Concettuale affronta questioni di correzione, trasformazione, ordine e concentrazione. Nel farlo, gioca consapevolmente con la percezione e propone esperimenti di pensiero che non aderiscono a regolarità razionali.
