On the ffep a hand drawn bookplate by Aubrey Beardsley is pasted, dated Xmas, 1888. On the half title page there is the signature A V Beardsley, Xmas 1888. On the reverse of the frontispiece in the top corner is an ink stamp BEARDSLEY. Brown decorated hardback cloth cover with gilt titles.
