4°, Mappe, Tafeln 9, 15 und 49 fehlen, als Beigabe von Durier Dekorative Kunst in Annam: Tafeln 5, 36, 40, 44, 50, 52, 53. Tafeln und Papier insgesamt stark braunfleckig, am Rücken ist das Leinen stark aufgerissen, insgesamt in einem akzeptablen Zustand. Sprache: Deutsch Gewicht in Gramm: 1200.

8-seitige Textbeilage, Faltblatt Register und 54 Tafeln mit s/w Abb. in Mappe. Halbleinen minimal berieben, eine kleine Stelle gewebesichtig, leicht fleckig. Verschlußbänder der Mappe tadellos. Die Oberkanten der Blätter sind durch Staub leicht dunkler verfärbt, die letzte Tafel, Tafel 54, mit Randläsuren. Sprache: Deutsch Gewicht in Gramm: 0 4°, marmorierte Halbleinenmappe mit montiertem Titelschild.

Water colour over graphite drawing, signed lower left. Although undated, this is very similar to works dated 1930-1935. Visible area 45.5cm x 30cm. Under passe partout (sealed into this from behind) and under glass in a wooden frame with a little handling only. The water colour is in very good condition, and clearly signed. There is a touch of paint remnant to the top right edge. An attractive portrait of a dancing nude. The frame is 67cm x 51cm. Odilon Roche (18681947) was a French artist renowned for his work as a watercolourist, draftsman, and painter. Roche's work included water colours, wash paintings, and drawings, often characterised by delicate and detailed execution. In addition to his artistic pursuits, Roche had a multifaceted career. He worked as a wine taster, colour merchant, and antiquarian specialising in 18th-century and Persian art. His works include lithographs and signed pieces such as "Musiciennes antiques" and "Port Issol," which reflect his mastery of both pencil and watercolour techniques, both of which he utilised in this piece. .

Zustand: Very Good. First. Fifty-four folio sur blanc callotype plates of Chinese furniture from the 15th to the 17th century (Ming & Qing Dynasties). This copy anonymously inscribed "A Madame Bourgeois tres affectueux hommage 17 Juin 1927." This, the first edition, was later translated into German & English. Poche was one of the first to introduce the sale of Chinese antiques to France and counted among his clients Colette and Coco Chanel.
