Screenwriter Robert Vincent O'Neil was best known for "The Baltimore Bullet" (1980), as well as a string of erotic thrillers during the 1980s, including "Vice Squad" (1982), "Deadly Force" (1983), and "Angel" (1984). A Draft script and a Revised Draft script for an unproduced film. Draft script includes the manuscript marker annotation of the date "11/5/82" on the title page and is credited to screenwriter Robert Vincent O'Neil. The Revised Draft script is credited to both Walter Halsey Davis, dated September 11,1980, and Robert Vincent O'Neill, dated December 20, 1983, and edited March 20, 1984. Both scripts include a stamp for actor/stunt person Nick Dimitri, on the title page. Based on the 1979 novel by Tom Alibrandi. Tate Coldiron is a former championship handball player, who, ten years earlier had his legs broken for trying to hustle the wrong player, discovers a young potential champion in Barry West who, tired of his life in Rochester, is transformed by Coldiron into a champion handball player.
