An der University of Southern California in Los Angeles erlangte er den Master. Anfangs entstanden seine Werke aus alltäglichen Materialien wie Türen, Stühle, Teller, Särge, und Krüge. Später begann er mit Holz, Bronze, Kupfer und anderen Materialien zu arbeiten. There is a small crease on the spine-label, and the box is partly faded. The book is very fine. Connell's text is an essay on the discovery and exploration of the ancient Indian ruins of Mesa Verde.
