Maroon cloth has bubbled crease to lower front corner, white papered spine decorated with green shamrocks and gilt title to spine, slight darkening to spine. A nice copy.

First edition hard back binding in publisher's original burgundy cloth covered boards, blocked and lettered gilt back in white cloth embellished with green trefoils, top edge gilt. 8vo. 8½'' x 7''. Contains 300 pp with two folding genealogical charts to the rear. Light surface marks to the boards and in Very Good sound condition, SIGNED by Lord Francis Hervey to the title page 'Francis Hervey'.
