Square quarto, unpaginated (60 pages with an eye-like shaped hole punched through the center of the book), printed on different stock (among which 26 pages on vellum), with 2 photographic illustrations by Ugo Mulas. White felt wrappers + acetate wrappers with silk screened eyelash in the center of fro…nt wrapper. Front cover slighlty soiled towards edges. Inside very fine. - First edition. Exhibition from January 15 - February 7, 1970. Text in English, French and German. Published simultaneously by a private press in an edition of only 15 copies the LP: 'Voices of Packaged Souls' being the recording of Ciani's sound sculpture collaboration between Harold Paris and Susan Ciani.
