Outer hinges look like they may have been professionally repaired at some point- not noticable on first glance, could just be a crease from reading. Raised bands on spine, remnants of a silk marker laid in at title. Marbled endpapers and textblock. Pages very clean, NO foxing or markings, binding very tight. Although possibly re-bound, antique vellum binding is rare and adds value to this piece. Original owner's name on title page. Title page in black ink only. A beautiful book for its age (282 years young!), please feel free to ask for photos.
