Flat Island only had a population of approx. 80 people and fishing was the main means of making a living. There was a one room school there, with K.G. to grade 9, I only got as far as the 7th grade officially, and at the age of 12, due to the lack of qualified teachers in small isolated communities, I quit school and went fishing with my father . I fished for ten years before leaving the Island and going to a town on the mainland, where I eventually took a carpentry course in which God greatly blessed me, and led me to greater things in regards to a better living, even leading me to my own construction company, and later to several supervisor positions, in different types of construction including the job from which I retired, after over seventeen years service with the Provincial Government. It was while I was still working with the Provincial Government, that God gave me dreams and revelations starting in 1995, that hence came my calling, and the writing of this book. I was not called to preach or teach the word as a Pastor or Teacher, but to remind people and the Churches what they were doing wrong. I felt like Moses, when God called him to lead the Israelites out of Egypt, and said, Lord, surely you don't want me to do this, I have very little education and I can't even Speak well, as quick as a wink a voice from within said, neither could Moses I knew then that this was the voice of God speaking to me, and I had to obey His call, and keep my promise to him, and was reminded that God don't call the qualified, but qualifies the called .…
