Etat très satisfaisant (reliure un peu frottée, coins frottés). Langue: Français.

Original publisher's full dark green morocco, elaborate gilt-stamped decoration to covers and spine; spine lettered in gilt; all edges gilt. With 21 tissue-guarded steel engravings of J. M. W. Turner's views. The engraved plates (like the text) are remarkably clean with only tiny spots of foxing in a few cases. Binder's label, 'F. Westley, Binder, Friar Street near Doctors Commons' (sic). Armorial bookplate of Fletcher Castell Hungerford Littledale (1846-1919) on front pastedown. Extremities rubbed; light rubbing to covers and spine; very sl wear at pine hinges. Contemporary Inscription on front blank. Light scattered foxing to extra title page and ffep. VG Minus- internally VG+). Uncommon. The earliest of three 'annual tours' (the others were published in 1834 and 1835).
