THERE IS FOXING TO THE PAGE EDGES. THE BOARDS HAVE LOOSENED SLIGHTLY AT THE HINGE BUT STILL ATTACHED. THE PAGES HAVE YELLOWED AND THERE IS SOME FOXING INSIDE. THERE ARE PEN AND PENCILLED MARKS THROUGHOUT THE PAGES BUT THE TEXT IS CLEAR. BINDING GENERALLY APPEARS QUITE TIGHT WITH ALL PAGES ATTACHED. PAGES GENERALLY APPEAR CLEAN AND CREASE FREE. ALL IN ALL A NICE EXAMPLE OF THIS BOOK.
