Corners are bumped and a little frayed Spine ends are crushed, with noticeable splits and chips. Tanning to spine and edges. Boards are bowed. Book has a forward lean. Water marks to boards and spine.

Boards a little bowed, with top corners slightly bent. Some foxing to endpaper, with pencil marks at front. Photographic frontispiece bent down boarder, but the image is unmarred. Text and plates otherwise pristine, with minor scuffing on title page.
