In Two Volumes." Vol. I: viii, 348pp; Vol. II: vi, 318pp. Both volumes: private ex-libris bookplates (unsigned) to the front pastedowns, else no markings, annotations, or inscriptions; ageing to the front and back endpapers, but essentially fine for the books' age. Quarter leather with marbled paper boards, decorated gilt titling to the spines; rubbing to the corners and the spines; light shelf-rubbing to the boards. Boards secure, binding tight. A tight and tidy set, surely collectible for age.
