Lev Rebet [1912-1957] was a Professor at the Ukrainian Free University in Munich. William E. Butler is Academician at the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine and the National Academy of Legal Sciences of Ukraine; John Edward Fowler Distinguished Professor of Law, Penn State Dickinson Law; Emeritus Professor of Comparative Law, University of London.
