Near Fine, toned with age as is typical, tiny horizontal tear to p. 3, but otherwise in great shape. Rare. A comprehensive issue of 1970s 'zine about dropping out of society, going back to the land, and living a "voluntarily life" ac…cording to libertarian/anarchist principles. This particular issue contains contributions by "Rayo," likely a pseudonym of a survivalist and prolific fanzine contributor named Paul Doerr, whom author Jarett Kobek identified as the infamous Zodiac Killer in the 2022 book How to Find Zodiac, largely by examining Doerr's writings and movements during the Zodiac Killer's periods of activity. The book made a quite a splash in the small but active internet communities where such topics are hotly debated and even managed to make news in The Guardian and other outlets. This issue features a lot of Rayo's articles including "16 'Ways to Live Free,' A Critical Evaluation," "40 by 8 Feet of Shelter for $30 and One Day," "Warmth without Fire: Complete Plans for $55 Foam Hut," and more.
