Cloth. Zustand: Very Good. Zustand des Schutzumschlags: Very Good. Reprint. Hardback. Modern Clay Pigeon Shooting. The theory of shooting clay is simple, the practice a great deal harder. The clear, lucid style of writing and the generous use of photographs enables the authors to put over clearly and simply the best way to improve one's score. Their views, however, are not dogmatic and the book gices a series of instances and suggestions for turning theory into a set of movements, one of which will suit the reader and set off the proper series of action which will bring success and hopefully become an instructive approach. All the various clay pigeon forms are dealt with - Down-the-Line, Olympic Trench, I.S.U. Skeet and Sporting - thus the book has an international approach. But perhaps more important, it succeeds in conveying the feel of what is obviously a sport which will increase in popularity. Illustrated. 126 pp. (We carry a wide selection of titles in The Arts, Theology, History, Politics, Social and Physical Sciences. academic and scholarly books and Modern First Editions, Reference books ,and all types of Academic Literature.).…
