Vintage double weight portrait photograph of playwright, screenwriter, and actor Bartlett Cormack, circa 1930s. Stamp of Los Angeles studio photographer Ray Huff on the verso. Cormack wrote his best-remembered play, "The Racket," in 1927. The work would go on to be adapted twice for film: once in 1928 as a silent film, and once in 1951 as a film noir starring Robert Mitchum. 8 x 10 inches. Near Fine, lightly age-toned.
