This book is about making choices without influence by anyone or anything and creating the life that you desire. Later, after overcoming her own triggers and baggage she decided to help others which inspire her to become a life coach. She had been multi-talented throughout her school and college. Seema loves to learn new things, including various dance forms like semi classical, folk, Bollywood, Punjabi, Latin, which keeps her alive. Seema believes in living her life on her own terms.
