Marbled end papers with gilt edge decoration that are in elegant, most pleasing condition. The gilt edging is a little worn but is otherwise gratifyingly smart. The contents have some amiable evidence of usage with occasional handling marks and wear, but in general and by far, the pages are wonderfully neat and tidy and amenable.
