Dent in 1909 of the original Caxton Edition of 1485, but containing the entire text and over 1000 of Aubrey Beardsley's illustrations (ten from the First Edition being omitted), he having been barely 20 years ago at the time. Bound most handsomely in black cloth over boards, with bright and distinct gilt lettering to spine, gilt illustrations to spine and front and rear covers. Bright and shiny dust jacket, illustrated, showing only very minor wear, not price-clipped. Housed in a simple cardboard slipcase, a bit abraded to edges but still solid.
