Vintage Belgian poster for a performance at Forest National on August 27, 1986, during the Parade Tour (also known as the Under the Cherry Moon Tour), held in support of the album "Parade." The tour featured Sheila E. and her band as an opening act for most shows, and an expanded Revolution lineup, which included members of Prince's defunct band The Family. Most shows on the US leg of the tour were announced only days or hours in advance. The tour was pivotal point in Prince's evolution, as members of The Revolution, frustrated by the expansion of the band and Prince's musical direction (moving decidedly toward funk and away from pop), threatened to quit before the overseas leg of the tour. The Revolution was disbanded a month later. 39.5 x 27.5 inches. Very Good plus, with some creasing to the top margins and a vertical crease to the far right side.

Unbound. Zustand: Near Fine. A collection of 10 fabric stickers backstage passes or patches featuring rock/pop singer, Prince in the California Area during his Purple Rain Tour from 1984 to 1985. The passes vary in size from 4" x 4" to 5" x 3". Light soiling from the back of stickers peeling with some fraying, near fine. All items are near fine with light soiling and edgewear. All the passes are for Prince and the Revolution's Purple Rain Tour. The backstage passes are from venues in the California Area with brightly colored designs of purple rain and Prince's signature lettering. The passes were previously owned by someone who worked back stage for concerts in the California area. Prince's hit film Purple Rain (1984), was an instant success. The studio album Purple Rain was used as the film's soundtrack and stared Prince in the semi-autobiographical film. The Purple Rain album sold more than 13 million copies in the US and the film won Prince an Academy Award for Best Original Song Score. Thus giving Prince both the No. 1 album, single, and film in the US, simultaneously. After his death Prince's catalog sold 4.41 million albums and songs from April 21 to 28, with five of his albums in the top ten of the Billboard 200, a first in the chart's history. Remembered "as a musician, composer, innovator, and cultural icon," Prince has been a huge influence to musicians and fans alike.
