Included is a compliments slip from SMK marking its 10th anniversary. It is signed by two directors, Jannie Mouton (who was co-founder) and Mof Terreblanche. Mouton was fired by SMK two later in a blast of publicity. The book is in good condition. The laminated illustrated cover is tight and serene. It is sunned about the top edge and spine.
