Jean-Baptiste Pressavin (1734-?) était un chirurgien lyonnais, auteur d'ouvrages sur les maladies nerveuses et vénériennes. Député de La Montagne, lors du procès de Louis XVI, il vota… contre l'appel au peuple, pour la mort, et contre le sursis. il est à signaler que le département de Rhône et Loire n'exista que de 1790 à 1793. En effet, suite au soulèvement de Lyon contre la Convention, en novembre 1793, il fut scindé entre les départements du Rhône et celui de la Loire. Langue: Français.
