In comic book format, the booklet has the number "2" and the date "1965" printed at the foot of the front cover verso, a maple leaf device and "1867-1967" printed in the upper left corner, all of which help to identify this as being a copy of the Canadian Centennial issue. Staple-bound illustrated paper wraps, 4to-sized (10 inches tall), pp. 15, illustrated in color throughout.
