Very good with some light wear at the edges, horizontal crease and handwritten address and residue from a missing stamp. A zine by Billy Joe Plott one of the founders of the Southern Fandom Press Alliance. This is Bart Milroad's copy, a contributor to *The Maelstrom* (and other assorted zines), which include his column "As I See It." Also included is Plott's seven-page report from the 18th World Science Fiction Convention in Pittsburgh with numerous anecdotes about the various people met. Also present is a parody poem and an advertisement for horror photos. Rare. *OCLC* locates no copies.
