In den WarenkorbLimited edition, no. 113 of 200 copies. 8vo. (12) pp. Outsize paper wrappers, stapled as issued and printed to the upper cover. Illustrated title plus 3 further illustrations. The paper covers, extending far beyond the size of the contents, have become somewhat worn and creased with one or two short closed splits to the edges. N…o. 5 of the Taurus Poems. Paul Peter Piech (1920-1996) was an American born artist who settled in the UK after the Second World War. He taught at several art colleges in the succeeding decades including Leicester where he worked alongside Edward Bawden. The linocut style demonstrated in this work shows Bawden's influence and his name is even mentioned in the British Library description for this book, although Bawden's name doesn't appear in the printed work itself.
