Binding has remained firm. Boards are a little rub worn, slight shelf wear to corners, spine and edges. Corners are a little bumped. Spine ends are mildly crushed. Light tanning to spine and edges. The unclipped dust jacket has heavy edge wear, with tears, chips and areas of loss. Moderate tanning to spine and edges.

3rd edition, revised, 1930. Internally clean and tidy in tight binding; page edges very lightly foxed. Red cloth with white rules, slightly rubbed. Binding tight and appears little read. Internally clean, no annotation or inscriptions; toning to page-ends but text, plans (one folding) and illustrations bright and clear throughout. Photographs available. Not an old library book.
