In den WarenkorbSoft cover. Zustand: Near Fine. An unusual publication that draws parallels between events in WW2 and Biblical prophesies. Navy blue printed brown wraps 12x27cm, containing 2 sheets unfolding to 68x54cm and 70x53cm. Compiled and drawn by Leonard N. Peace. Printed by Great West Lithographers Ltd. Sheets near fine, neatly folded, wraps very good with wear at the edges. Rare with Worldcat locating only 3 copes (OCLC 1535934499: NYPL, Brigham Young, Universite de Sherbrooke). The first sheet features a colour printed map of the Near East on a scale of about 1/9M. Centred on the Arabian Peninsula this is bounded by Bulgaria (NW), Tashkent (NE), the Arabian Sea (SE), and Kordofan Plateau (SW). Details include settlements, ancient caravan trails, modern routes, railways, waterways, mountains, ruined cities, etc. A large inset of Modern Palestine shows tribal divisions with an inset of modern Jerusalem. Along the lower border are a series of boldly printed statements and questions that are developed on the second sheet: "When will Russia and Associated Nations Attempt to Invade Palestine? What will happen at that Time? / Armageddon - The Battle of the Ages. When? Where? Why? Who are to be the Opposing Forces? Will the United States be in this War? / Will the British Commonwealth of Nations, France and the Allies Win?" etc. The second sheet titled "The Drama of the Ages" develops the themes in lengthy texts, with 2 inset maps (the Ancient World with settlements of Noah's descendants, and World map) and a genealogy chart of the Human Race compiled from the Bible.
