This book is a collection of 12 short stories and one novella, based on 13 Lucknow-based ghostly occurrences. It is a work of "historical fiction" - the historical part being meticulously researched and presented, after thorough checks and counter-checks for the sake of accuracy, and then the narrative part, which has its origins from urban legends and local folklore.
