EICOSANOID is the new term that is used to include prostaglandins. thromboxanes, leukotrienes, lipoxins, isoprostanes, depoxilins, hydroxy acids, epoxy and hydroperoxy fatty acids. The conference focussed on recent development in underatanding the role of EICOSANOIDS in inflammation, cancer, and radiation damage.
