The bo…ok is autographed by Rush, and contains his extensive notes on the second front flyleaf summarizing the author's arguments and evaluating their importance. Although the book is identified as "Part I, " no further parts were ever published. fair to good, rebound in very good half-leather binding, clear plastic.
