Ehrick Parmly (1830-1907, born Alexander Ehrick Parmly) was the son of the "Father of Dentistry" Eleazar Parmly and continued in his father's footsteps. After graduating with high honors from the New York College of Dental Surgery in 1851, he spent a year in Paris "industriously pursuing a course of medical and surgical studies," according to the American Journal of Dental Science in 1853 before opening his practice from his father's location on Bond Street. White in 1875. Parmly has accomplished the diary, recording the names of appointments. Parmly on upper covers and one half leather over cloth. Generally quite worn, loss to bindings, interiors mostly clean.
