Binding rubbed and stained, front free endpaper creased and browned, front inner hinge repaired, ownership inscription (dated 1888), contents good. Overall, this copy is in good minus condition.

All generally clean. Original printed limp card wrappers, a little browned and marked around the edges, with three eyelets with metal inserts through the wrappers and leaves.

12 lithographic plates; title plate spotted, otherwise plates are good & clean. Orig. pale green wrappers, sewn as issued; spine sl. worn, spotted. BL only on Copac.
