In this pamphlet Miss Culton and Mr Welsh wish to - " make over the Church to Trustees , in terms of the Act, free from debt, after receiving such farther contributions as as may yet be made in relief of their advances . The foregoing Statement is now submitted to parties connected with the Parish, in the hope that they will be disposed to do something, either towards the reduction of the expense of building the Church, or of providing the Minister's Stipend .
